Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Interface Designer and Developer to design, develop, and support inbound and outbound integrations between CC&B and external systems. The role involves working closely with functional teams, technical architects, and external stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure interfaces.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces for Oracle Utilities CC&B
Work with CC&B Framework, OUAF, and integration components such as:
o Business Objects (BO)
o Business Services (BS)
o Algorithms
o Plug-ins
Develop and support integrations using:
o Web Services (SOAP/REST)
o File-based interfaces
o XML, XSD, JSON
o Batch processes
Design interface error handling, reconciliation, and reprocessing mechanisms
Collaborate with functional teams to understand integration requirements and data mappings
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
Analyze and resolve interface-related production issues
Ensure interfaces meet performance, security, and audit standards
Prepare and maintain technical design documents and interface specifications



Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B (implementation or support)
Hands-on experience with CC&B Interface Framework / OUAF
Strong knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, and CC&B algorithms
Experience with SOA, Web Services, and API-based integrations
Solid understanding of CC&B data model
Experience working with batch processing and job scheduling
Good understanding of utilities industry business processes
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
