Project Role Description : Defines technology transformation, strategies and capabilities including north star and target blueprints. Designs the roadmaps to achieve the target state, covering all relevant aspects (ex., infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process).
Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs)
Good to have skills : Machine Learning (ML), Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Technology Strategy and Roadmap Architect, you will engage in defining technology transformation strategies and capabilities. Your typical day will involve designing comprehensive roadmaps that outline the steps necessary to achieve the target state, considering all relevant aspects such as infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with the overall technology vision and facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions that drive organizational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of technology initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of technology transformation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology roadmaps.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
