Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will engage in resolving incidents and problems across various business system components, ensuring operational stability throughout the organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams, implementing Requests for Change, and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting effectiveness. You will also work closely with vendors to facilitate issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Network Infrastructures, Data Center Networking Technologies Operations.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Tackling novel challenges as the field evolves.
- Critical Thinking: Assessing viability of emerging tech and market potential.
- Extensive knowledge of AI operations in infrastructure
- Adoption of AI techniques in Infrastructure ops
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- In-depth knowledge and experience on network designing efficient, site reliability engineering, analyzing performance, reducing latency, managing traffic, automating processes, and planning for growth, focusing on speed, reliability, cost, and security through tools like SD-WAN, load balancing, traffic shaping, AI, and continuous monitoring for better user experience and business productivity.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Ability to design and implement network optimization strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
