Job Description
Candidate should be able to handle both outbound and inbound calls from students/parents with regard to admission query
Willing to help them and provide solutions to the queries.
- Outbound & Inbound Calls:** Making calls to leads and responding to inquiries.
- Counselling on academic/career paths and program choices.
- Assisting with application processing
- Ensuring prospective students have needed info
Candidate needs to be fluent in English & Kannada, Hindi
English with Telugu & Kannada, Hindi
English with Kannada & Hindi
Knowledge of Basic computers is required.
Candidates from Educational counselling, Insurance, Credit Cards, Banking, Real Estate, Automobile, Hospitality Industry would be preferred.
