Candidate should be able to handle both outbound and inbound calls from customers with regard to query
Willing to help customer and provide solutions to the queries and raise the complaints and close loop.
Candidate needs to be fluent in English & Kannada, Hindi
English with Tamil & Telugu

English with Kannada & Hindi
Knowledge of Basic computers is required.
