Responsibilities: Outbound Calling II Sales II Lead Generation II Cold Calling • Inform customers about company's products/services and offers • Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner to generate leads that develop into new customers • Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service Roles and Responsibilities • Real Estate Sales • Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients. • Managing client query on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting. • Providing best possible solution to customer. • Good Communication is Must. • Site and Property Visits • Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures • Gain comprehensive product knowledge and clarify information wherever required
