Design integration with OCS, PCRF, and other network elements. Ensure compliance with Nokia standards and best practices. Creating and maintaining architectural definitions, designs, and specifications. Describe the structure, combination, interfaces, interactions and behavior of multiple components and subsystems(physical, logical and functional views) Responsible for long term architecture evolution. Ties market and industry technical trends and problem solving to business needs. Influences on product strategies and roadmaps . Finds novel solutions to develop leading technology and overcome challenges Ensures product security and system performance Provides architectural guidance to development teams ensuring that specifications, implementations and verification are compliant with the architecture Customer Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their technical and business requirements. Support effort estimation, and technical risk evaluation. Implementation Leadership Lead technical implementation during delivery phase. Provide guidance on configuration, customization, and optimization of SurePay components (e.g., eSM, MCAS). Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with internal teams (sales, delivery, product) and external stakeholders. Coordinate across multiple technologies (3G, 4G, 5G, cloud-native environments). Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of real-time charging systems, policy control, and IN-based prepaid services. Experience with SurePay components like eSM, MCAS, rating engines, and subscriber databases. Familiarity with telecom protocols (GSM CAMEL, INAP, Diameter) and virtualization/cloud platforms (VMware, OpenStack). Solution Architecture Proven ability to design complex solutions in multi-vendor environments. Hands-on experience in integration and deployment of charging systems. Domain Knowledge Understanding of mobile network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Knowledge of SDM portfolio (HLR, HSS, IMS Nodes) is a plus. Soft Skills Strong communication and consulting skills. Ability to lead projects and mentor technical teams.
