As a TSM (Territory Sales Manager), your day to day responsibilities will be:
You will be spending the majority of your time in meeting with the PG owners or getting a meeting with them through their staff, manager or tenants or just cold-calling or random gate crashing.
You will be assigned a cluster of 100 to 250 PGs. You are expected to stay in one of the PGs in your assigned cluster and make useful connections with the staff, managers, and mess & PG owners.
You have to make sure you successfully do two to four meetings every day with the PG owners (or the key decision-makers) and you convert at least one owner in a Smart PG on your average day and two or three properties on your good days.
You are tech-savvy, and you are people-savvy. You know how to make relationships with PG/mess staff and local stores and you are equally comfortable with handling a CRM or crafting a Mailchimp campaign.
You should be hands-on and always available for the owner’s call in your assigned cluster.
