About your team

The CFO and CE Cloud Technology function provides systems development, implementation and support services for FIL’s Corporate enabler’s Team.  We support several functions spanning across Business Finance & Management Accounting, Financial Accounting & Analytics, Taxation, Global Procurement, Corporate Treasury, and several other teams in all of FIL’s international locations, including UK, Japan, China and India.

 

We provide IT services to the Fidelity International businesses, globally. These include development and support of business functions that underpin our financial accounting and decision making for global CFO Orgs, and we implement multiple systems including ERP platforms, home grown apps and third party products.  We are system providers to key process lifecycles such as Procure to Pay (P2P/Global Procurement), Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C) and Acquire to Retire (A2R). We also manage systems to enable cash management, forex trading and treasury operations across the Globe. We own warehouses that consolidate data from across the organisations functions to provide meaningful insights.

 

About your role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Experience and Qualification:

  • B.E./ B.Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University

  • Total 3-5 years of experience with application development.

 

Essential Skills

  • Database functional tester - SQL skills, able to read stored procedures complex query writing, arithmetic function, aggregate functions.
  • Experience in API testing (SOAP and REST)
  • Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle.
  • Exposure to project & test management tools like Jira.
  • Experience in working in Algie scrum model.
  • Basis experience in Python/UNIX/Shell scripting

Good to have

  • Experience in Financial domain.
  • Design and implement reusable automated test frameworks to drive test automation goals and to support continuous integration and regression testing using Core java, karate test framework
  • Proven use of AI in SDLC to bring efficiency and faster development.
  • Experience in tools like Git, TestNG, Junit, Maven etc.
  • Exposure to Cloud (AWS) technologies and designing cloud native applications preferably AWS
  • Experience in CI/CD, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD tools - Jenkins/UrbanCode/SonarQube/ Bamboo.
