Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is not only effective but also innovative. You will focus on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity in testing practices, while evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches that leverage automation and cutting-edge testing solutions. Your role will be pivotal in driving quality improvements across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence in software testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Automated Testing, Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
