Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. The position requires driving continuous improvements and adopting innovative solutions to create more predictive and intelligent testing frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to implement automation strategies that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with business goals and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and integrity.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
