What would you do? We are seeking a motivated Compensation and Benefits Associate to support the administration of employee pay and benefits programs. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants to gain hands-on experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, and compliance, while contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness Key Responsibilities • Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary adjustments and incentive plans. • Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries. • Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records in HRIS systems. • Coordinate with payroll to ensure correct processing of salaries and benefits deductions. • Provide employees with guidance on compensation and benefits policies. • Assist in preparing reports and data analysis for compensation reviews • Help ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. • Collaborate with HR team members on projects related to employee rewards and recognition Competencies • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills. • Customer-service mindset with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience. • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Client interfacing skills (Email & Phone): Good email etiquette, strong email drafting and keyboard skills, and good phone etiquette/technique
What are we looking for? Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in HR, compensation, or benefits administration • Desirable: Exposure to the BPO industry. • Basic knowledge of compensation structures and employee benefits programs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Workday system experience
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
