Trainer-Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry

- Conduct hands-on, theoretical, and practical training sessions for new hires and existing PEC partners.

- Regularly conduct refresher sessions to ensure adherence to SOP standards.

- Evaluate partner performance during and after training sessions.

- Perform field inspections to ensure trained partners follow SOPs at jobs.

- Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into training content.

- Maintain training logs, attendance records, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) reports.

- Conduct detractor analysis to identify reasons for customer dissatisfaction and incorporate findings into training improvements.

- To know basic Excel/Google Sheets for training and reporting tasks.

- Have a basic understanding of NPS and its importance in customer satisfaction.

- Work Schedule: 6-day working schedule with Sunday off.
