Transformation- Analyst

  • Lead and manage the delivery of transformation projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, project managers, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to guide project execution, drive best practices in software development, and ensure the effective integration of new technologies.
  • Facilitate change management processes, ensuring that organizational adaptation to new systems and processes is smooth and sustainable.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately.
  • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning to identify potential project pitfalls and develop strategies to avoid or address them.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging insights from project outcomes, industry trends, and best practices to refine and enhance transformation delivery processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in technology transformation, providing guidance and support to project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering transformation projects in the technology sector.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience in applying them to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Agility and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and a good understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the technology sector.
