Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Transformation Office, supporting dashboard development and performance reporting across key initiatives. This role involves partnering with Business Analysts to build and maintain dashboards, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data visualization, reporting tools, and cross-functional collaboration is essential to drive informed decision-making and deliver business value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across reporting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements.
• Drive automation of recurring reports and data workflows.
• Generate actionable insights to support monthly reviews and decision-making.
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Value Realization Tools
• Familiarity with Python, SQL
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic design tools like Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Exposure to dashboarding or automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
