• Primary skills: Technology->Full stack|MEAN stack,Technology|Full stack|MERN stack,Technology • Project Management fundamentals • Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes. • Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering. • Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality. • Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines • Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage MERN Stack projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with project plans and timelines. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues. - Implement best practices in project management and software development methodologies. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically with MERN Stack. - Strong understanding of MongoDB and its integration within the MERN Stack. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with additional technologies related to MERN Stack such as Node.js, Express.js, and React.js. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive innovation. Good to have skills: Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
