(UK Deal Board) - Business Associate - KGS CH

Roles & responsibilities:
•Validate and cleanse data received from original sources•Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a pipeline distribution list(s), pipeline reporting, etc.•Support operations of governance and review calls•Capture meeting notes, actions list and other details in the governance calls and disseminate information accordingly•Conduct broad administrative support for relevant business development activities•Manage the functional mailbox and ensure timely and appropriate response to the queries received•Manage data to ensure the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and security of that dataEducational qualifications
•Any graduation.Work experience
•Graduates with 1+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm - Experience with Sales Operations analyst or other reporting within Sales preferred.Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and MS Teams including CRM tools
•Effective stakeholder management. Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders•Intermediate or advanced PPT and MS Word knowledge•Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Excellent organizational and time management skills
