Job Description

Job Summary –

Overall 1+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Banking and capital markets.

Role & Responsibilities: 

1. Manage team effectively and become a successful interface between the team and internal/external customers and/or company 
2. Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling  
3. Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team 
4. Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones 
5. Should manage daily client meetings

Process Requirement:

• Valid Passport
• Graduation
• Shift – Night (Flexible)
• 5-8 years overall experience and minimum 1 year of Team handling experience
• Domain – Should have in-depth knowledge (Knowledge in cost basis, Banking and Capital markets will be an added advantage)

• Initial screening by HR
• Personal Interview by panelists
• Final Round with PDH
