•  Processing the allocated files for Evidence of employment
•  Emailing or faxing request for information on current or past employment, when needed
•  Understanding the priority of the loan and meeting the timelines for closure
•  Making outbound calls to talk to various employers to verify data in the US, when needed
•  Respond to incoming calls timely and accurately
•  Meet productivity and quality goals set by the department.
•  Follows all workflows and appropriately documents employment information
•  Ensures safety and confidentiality of Employees, property, and data.
•  Adheres to, and maintains compliance with, all Federal, State, and local laws and Universal policies and procedures.
•  Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

•  Quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Ability to comprehend and respond to customers using a native US accents and articulate solutions or issues
•  Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office Product Suite on a computer as paper or notes are not available
•  Capable of Data Entry at a minimum of 32 WPM
•  Displays the ability to plan and organize data sequentially
•  Adheres to the policy and procedures of the clients and the organization
• Flexible to work in shift around a 24/7 work schedule
