We are looking for a User Acquisition Associate to join our User AcquisitionTeam. An Ideal candidate for this role would be a highly motivated, collaborative, and an opportunity mapper with a passion for solving problems. In this role, you’d be required to source workforce/interns for our ongoing projects. Duties And Responsibilities 1. Coordinate with operation teams to identify the workforce requirements which includes identifying selection criteria, skill set required & estimating the total no. of workforce required. 2. Develop and execute the strategy to source workforce/interns through various platforms. 3. Source candidates through cold calling using the given database 4. Evaluate candidates based on their eligibility, knowledge about the projects and availability for work. 5. Based on the evaluation, suggests Projects/internship to the workforce as per his/her eligibility. 6. Take initiatives to figure out innovative ways to source a very large number of workforce in a short period. 7. Build a supply of ‘Ready to Work’ workforce/ interns in very large volumes who can excel in their respective projects/internship. Required Skills And Experience 1. 0 – 1-year experience. 2. Any educational degree. 3. The desire of burning it out in a start-up environment. 4. Demonstrate strong people engagement skills. 5. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. 6. Proficiency in any other language would be a plus. 7. Showcase impeccable problem solving and critical thinking skills. 8. Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks, deal with ambiguity and shoulder responsibility. 9. Proficiency in Excel and Google sheet is a plus point. *Work from home as of now until covid19 rests.
