Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Change Management – Agentic Operations

As Genpact accelerates its pivot to Agentic Operations (AO), this role will be a critical execution leader driving  change at account-level to ensure seamless transition from DO to AO

This role operationalizes change on the ground — ensuring every AP account successfully transitions from digital operations to agentic-led work by ensuring implementation of redesigned role, ensuring talent readiness, driving adoption of learning pathways taken, and communication while ensuring governance and reporting.

This leader will work closely with HR, Learning, Product, AO Transformation, and AP Service Line teams to deliver seamless transition, high adoption, and measurable productivity lift across all AP accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Change Management Across All Agentic AP Accounts

  • Lead end-to-end change execution across AP accounts transitioning to Agentic Operations.

  • Implement role redesign, KPI changes, workflow transitions, and performance expectations for AP talent.

  1. Partner with HR on Role, Skill & KPI Migration

  • Work with HR and Account Leadership to embed new agentic roles into AP accounts (e.g., Exception Specialists, Prompt Analysts, Orchestrators).

  • Align driving new KPIs, performance frameworks, and progression paths with the AO operating mode for all impacted accounts.

  • Support talent rotation decisions and workforce movement into agentic roles.

  1. Coordinate and Accelerate Talent Enablement (Skilling Execution)

  • Partner with Learning/Genome teams to drive training completions, readiness certification, and post-training deployment.

  • Track enablement throughput for each AP account; escalate barriers; ensure enablement targets are met.

  1. Lead Communication & Engagement Programs for AO Adoption

  • Anchor all change-related communication for AP accounts — outcomes, timelines, expectations, escalation paths.

  • Work closely with the Comms team to design messaging that reduces resistance and drives clarity.

  • Build a communication rhythm with account leaders, HR, and AO core team.

  1. Establish Account-Level Quality & Audit Mechanisms

  • Set up the Agentic Quality Audit function for AP accounts (people + process + metrics).

  • Define audit checklists, compliance criteria, exception-handling guardrails, and risk triggers.

  • Ensure audit outcomes feed into continuous improvement loops for product and operations.

  1. Program Management & Reporting

  • Build and manage dashboards focused on:

  • Readiness

  • Throughput

  • Deployment

  • Account-level KPI improvements

  • Ensure consistent reporting to all key stakeholders

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale change management, operations, digital transformation, or shared services leadership.

  • Strong grounding in finance operations (AP preferred), workflow redesign, and new operating model rollout.

  • Experience driving change programs across distributed delivery sites.

  • Comfort working in fast-evolving technology-led environments (GenAI / automation exposure a plus).

  • Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams (HR, Ops, Learning, Comms, Product & Tech)

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Execution-strong operator who thrives in ambiguity.

  • High empathy with frontline operators; credibility with senior leaders

  • Outcome-oriented, structured, disciplined.

  • Skilled at reducing resistance and building adoption momentum.

  • Calm, resilient, capable of driving large-scale behavioral change.
