Vice President - Product Manager - Managed Solution

Join the Managed Solutions Product team and lead high-impact AI initiatives that convert advanced capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Orchestrate cross-functional partners across business, technology, data, risk, and operations to scale solutions responsibly.

As a Product Owner within Managed Solutions, you drive the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from strategy and prioritization to delivery and adoption. You secure executive sponsorship, translate AI capabilities into customer and business value, and scale solutions responsibly within risk and compliance frameworks. You orchestrate stakeholders across business, technology, data, risk, and operations to ensure outcomes are delivered and adopted.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and socialize a clear AI product vision aligned with business priorities

• Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on value, risk, and feasibility; run sprint planning and quarterly planning

• Secure senior management prioritization and funding through compelling business cases, manage expectations and decision-making

• Participate in sprint planning meetings to help the team understand the product backlog items and their priorities. Review completed work to ensure it meets the acceptance criteria and provides value to the customer.

• Partner with your business stakeholders, developers, designers, QA, and other teams to deliver AI capabilities from concept to production.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 10+ years in product management or digital transformation, including 3+ years leading AI/ML initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, demonstrable experience in agile product practices including project planning, Jira story writing, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process design, procedure authoring, capacity sizing, etc.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic AI), data engineering, and MLOps.

• Proven success influencing senior executives and securing prioritization for complex, cross-functional programs.

• Exceptional communication: executive storytelling, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder negotiation.

• Organized and effective execution – work independently, set and manage expectations, and proactively manage efforts across multiple teams with effective communication. 

   

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Domain expertise in Financial Services, with knowledge of different asset classes and investment products.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.
