Location: Pune

Experience: 3+ Years

Work Mode: Onsite / Work from Office 5 Days

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled VisionPLUS Developer with hands-on experience in CMS (Card Management System) or FAS (Financial Authorization System) to support and enhance card issuing platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the VisionPLUS cards ecosystem, authorization flows, and production support in a banking/cards environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain VisionPLUS CMS or FAS modules.
• Support end-to-end card issuing workflows, including card setup, maintenance, authorization, and posting.
• Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and production support for CMS/FAS systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within VisionPLUS.
• Perform impact analysis and support testing activities (SIT/UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues related to transaction processing, authorization, and card lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, QA, and Infra teams.
• Ensure compliance with card network standards and internal banking policies.
• Prepare technical documentation and support release activities.

 

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with VisionPLUS.
• Strong experience in CMS or FAS module.
• Good understanding of card issuing lifecycle and transaction flows.
• Experience working on authorizations, postings, and card maintenance.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, COBOL, or VisionPLUS batch/online programs.
• Experience in production support and incident resolution.
• Understanding of ISO 8583 messaging and card transaction processing.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with payment schemes (Visa / Mastercard / RuPay).
• Exposure to tokenization, digital wallets, or 3DS is an added advantage.
• Experience working in banking or financial services domain.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
