• Technical: Proficient in video, UI and UX tools such as Adobe After Videos, XD, PowerPoint, Figma
• Creativity: Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
• Visual communication and storytelling; Excellent knowledge of graphic design principles
• Good level of video creating skills (including content, visualization and platform knowledge)
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge. Infographics design skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

Job Summary:

The Visual Communication Support – Integration role is responsible for supporting the communication plans and supporting internal and external communication efforts with brand-aligned visual designs. This role focuses on visual content creation, graphic designs, videos skills and internal websites to ensure effective and creative communication.

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message, purpose and support various marketing initiatives – including campaigns, newsletters, leadership communications, etc. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and proficiency in design software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design internal communication materials, including emails, newsletters, FAQs, etc.
• Design and produce high-quality visual content for mailers, postcards, newsletters, Viva posts, websites, campaigns and dashboards.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge. Infographics design skills
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop design concepts.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Work with Communications lead and stakeholders to manage timely delivery.
• Discuss briefs from content owners, produce visually appealing storyboards and motion graphics/animations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XDA)
• Proficient in Adobe After Videos, XD, Powerpoint, Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, layout).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; Collaborative mindset
