What would you do? As a Static Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling learning assets that align with the project s brand and instructional goals. You’ll work closely with IDs and PMs to bring storyboards to life through clean, engaging, and learner-friendly visuals. You’ll also contribute to design discussions, participate in peer reviews, and continuously upskill on tools and trends to stay ahead in your craft. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about visual storytelling.
What are we looking for? 2–6 years of experience in graphic design Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Willingness to learn and collaborate across functions Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
Roles and Responsibilities: Design static assets based on storyboards and briefs Collaborate with IDs and Tech for seamless integration Participate in peer reviews and QA processes Meet project timelines and raise blockers early Upskill on tools and design trends quarterly
