VMC Programmer

Candidate must be able to do the 2d & 3d Program for VMC machine using Mastercam software or others.

Able to prove out the parts on VMC machine and quality check for First sample approval.

Able to understand the Mechanical Engineering Drawing and GD&T requirements.

Able to do the production planning for VMC machines and Raw material planning for VMC machines.

Able to do the cutting tools arrangements for VMC machines.

Able to understand the scope of work as per the Work order.

Able to solve the problems in VMC machine.

Good knowledge about cutting speed & feed, selection of cutting tool.

Knowledge in Aerospace / Defence components machining added advantage.
