• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
• Develop and implement advanced data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

• Design and oversee the implementation of machine learning models for predictive analytics and customer segmentation.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance, adhering to industry best practices and regulations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in data science and digital banking.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• A Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record in the banking or financial services industry.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of data professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with big data technologies.
• A deep understanding of data privacy and security best practices, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts.
