•	Carrying out the analysis of the Diet chart for the day as per the patients diet.
•	Communicate with nursing staff on a regular basis to understand the diet needs of patients or to incorporate any changes in the food provided to those patients in case a change in diet occurs.
•	Setting up side stations to make sure that it is ready for service.
•	To maintain Mise en place arrangement for the functioning of  cafeteria operations.
•	Providing service to patients, customers and staff.
•	To maintain inventory on daily basis.
•	Maintain a safe, secure and healthy facility and enforcing quality standards.
•	Purchasing all miscellaneous supplies and maintaining inventory.
•	Cleaning of staff cafeteria and storage areas.
•	Assisting Manager for organizing buffet for Orientation Programmes, MBA, CME Annual Celebration, Christmas Celebration etc.,
•	Responsible for making sure that washing and cleaning of Food & Beverage equipment by housekeeping staff is carried out as per standards.
•	Follow Company guidelines regarding grooming, uniform and personal hygiene.
•	Attends the regular departmental meeting and training sessions as per schedule.
•	Complies with all Company policies, rules & regulations. ,
•	Answering phone calls and placing order for patients.
