In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

Requirements

Qualification - B.Tech

Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using appropriate software.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.

2. Inbound Process:

• Coordinate and supervise the receiving of incoming goods and materials.
• Verify the quality and quantity of received items, documenting any discrepancies.

3. Outbound Process:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute outbound shipments based on customer orders.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and loading of products for timely dispatch.

4. Warehouse Organization:

• Optimize warehouse layout to facilitate easy access and movement of goods.
• Implement effective storage solutions to maximize space utilization.

5. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations.
