Summary:
As a Web Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and testing of web-based applications tailored for various site components. Your typical day will involve editing site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites, ensuring they remain current and user-friendly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall web experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of AWS-based solutions across multiple projects or accounts.
- Drive strategic cloud adoption initiatives leveraging AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Guide cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality cloud-native solutions.
- Manage client relationships, define technical roadmaps, and contribute to pre-sales and solutioning activities.
- Ensure alignment with the AWS Well-Architected Framework, cloud security, and performance best practices.
- Oversee implementation of Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, supporting talent development, mentoring, and career growth.
- Track budgets, delivery timelines, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance web application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in AWS Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
- Solid programming background in Python, Node.js, or Java
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale cloud transformation programs
- Experience managing client relationships and driving delivery excellence
- Familiarity with cloud security, cost optimization, and architecture governance
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
- Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Developer Ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of web application development frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
