Job description

Workday Data Management Lead Workday Data Management Lead "Technical Skills: o Familiarity with Workday data structures and reporting tools. o Proficient in data analysis tools and troubleshooting techniques. o Knowledge data manipulation, visualization tools. o Macro, Python , SQL, ETL Tools knowledge " Core "Key Responsibilities: • Lead : Lead Large / Complex workday implementation projects from data management responsibilities. Work on defining scope, data conversion strategy, Data Cutover planning, Efforts estimation framework, Resource planning & Allocation. • Data Maintenance: Manage Support for WD live companies for data support across all modules for BAU, regular mass loads support, Year End activities. • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, working closely with functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions. • Data Validation: Conduct data validation checks to ensure compliance with business rules and regulatory requirements, addressing any discre
