Job description

Workday Delivery Excellence Senior Analyst "• 6-9 years in Workday delivery analysis, project support, or process excellence roles. • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with attention to Delivery Excellence Analyst Role Overview The Delivery Excellence Analyst supports the organization's delivery function by driving process efficiency, governance, and quality across projects, enhancements, and programs. This role focuses on tracking metrics, facilitating reviews, standardizing templates, and ensuring adherence to delivery frameworks, tenant management best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Governance • Support weekly/monthly delivery governance reviews, including tenant utilization audits and project pipeline tracking. • Track KPIs such as effort/schedule variance, quality metrics (e.g., defects per build), customer satisfaction, and compliance scores. • Review efforts estimation for workday Implementation projects. • Prepare dashboards, health reports
