Workday FSCM- Assistant Manager
The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy and high-performing individuals to be a part of the exciting journey.
Roles & Responsibilities: Finance Functional Consultant
- Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check
- Engage in pre-sales activities, client POCs
- Use Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the client’s Workday journey.
- Engage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact
- Responsible to lead or co lead any of these Functional Areas
- Supplier, Expenses and Banking
- C2C, grant and Projects
- FDM, Fin Accounting and Business Asset.
Certifications
- Must have- Workday Financial Essentials, Workday Financial Practical and One of the Pillar certifications (R2R, P2P or C2C).
- Desirable - Certification in any of Workday FDM, Business Assets, Banking and Settlement, Projects and Expenses is a plus.
Experience & Background
- Qualification should be / B. TECH /MBA(Finance)/CA
- 7-9 years of experience in IT
- Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday
- Minimum 3+ years of functional financials experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP financial management systems, etc
• Completion of 2 full implementations with Workday Financials
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience in leading and mentoring medium-sized team / working as subject matter expert through the entire SDLC.
- Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Finance
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
- Understands and abide by security and data privacy standards
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Workday PM, Workday Methodology – LE / ME
- Workday Product Lead
- Experience on other modules like Budgets, Cash Management, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management & Transaction Tax is a plus.
- Exposure to Composite Reports is a plus.
- Experience in Workday DA review processes
