Workplace Experience Manager
Job Summary:
The Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional workplace experiences across all JLL-managed facilities in India. This role focuses on enhancing employee satisfaction, optimizing workplace services, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that support client business objectives and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Workplace Experience Strategy & Delivery
Design and implement workplace experience initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction across PAN India portfolio
Develop and maintain workplace experience standards, policies, and procedures aligned with client objectives and JLL best practices
Act as primary point of contact for workplace experience matters, ensuring consistent service delivery across all locations
Service Management & Operations
Oversee daily workplace operations including reception services, hospitality, meeting room management, visitor management, and workplace amenities
Coordinate with facilities management, security, housekeeping, and other service providers to ensure integrated service delivery
Manage workplace technology platforms and tools to streamline operations and enhance user experience
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build strong relationships with employees, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to understand workplace needs and expectations
Conduct regular feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights and drive continuous improvement
Communicate workplace policies, updates, and initiatives effectively across the organization
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage vendor relationships for workplace experience services including catering, events, wellness programs, and amenities
Monitor and control workplace experience budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising service quality
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with external service providers
Events & Community Building
Plan and execute workplace events, employee engagement activities, and community-building initiatives
Coordinate town halls, celebrations, wellness programs, and other employee-centric activities
Foster a sense of community and belonging within the workplace environment
Performance Metrics & Reporting
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for workplace experience services
Prepare regular reports on service performance, employee satisfaction scores, and operational metrics
Identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement based on data analysis
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all workplace experience activities
Support business continuity planning and crisis management related to workplace operations
Maintain updated knowledge of industry best practices and emerging workplace trends
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of experience in workplace experience, facility management, hospitality, or related service delivery roles
Proven experience managing multi-site operations across different geographic locations
Strong understanding of workplace services including reception, hospitality, events, and amenities management
Preferred:
Experience in corporate real estate or facility management industry
Familiarity with workplace technology platforms (visitor management systems, space booking tools, service request platforms)
Professional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional), IFMA, or similar credentials
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management software
Budget management and vendor negotiation capabilities
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively across diverse teams
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
Flexibility to travel across India locations as required
