Job Summary:

The Command Center Workplace Analyst plays a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and supporting workplace operations through a centralized Command Center model. This role focuses on real time operational oversight, data driven insights, and proactive support during Command Center expansions, ensuring service continuity, optimal performance, and an enhanced employee experience across multiple locations.

The position requires strong analytical capability, operational mindset, and close collaboration with global and local stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support Command Center operations, including real‑time alerts, performance indicators, and operational dashboards.
• Analyze workplace data such as occupancy, space utilization, indoor environmental metrics, and service trends to identify risks, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide analytical support during Command Center expansions, onboarding new locations and supporting go‑live activities.
• Act as a central coordination point between local site teams, regional stakeholders, and global functions to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Produce regular reports, insights, and summaries to support decision‑making at regional and global levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
• Maintain accurate documentation, operational trackers, and playbooks to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Workplace Operations, Global Workplace and Corporate Real Estate to ensure operational stability and service continuity.

Additional Information:

• Work closely with the Workplace Leadership and external partners/consultants across multiple geographies and market units.
• Stakeholders: Market Unit Leads, Workplace Leads
• Any 10 hours shift from 12PM to 12AM.
• Location Bangalore
• Working from BDC14 (all days/hybrid)
