Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing capital expenditure financial operations and ensuring compliance across India.
You will report to the Manager of Capex Financial services team managing Pan India projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Capex financial services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. - Cost Analysis & Forecasting
Conduct detailed cost evaluations to support the development of project budgets and financial forecasts, enabling data-driven decision-making. - Budget Management
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure financial discipline and alignment with client expectations and strategic objectives. - Project Financial Closeout
Ensure comprehensive closure of all financial aspects of projects, including final account reconciliation and resolution of claims, in accordance with compliance standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Commerce/Finance
- Minimum 5-6 Year of experience in Billing or Invoicing or Finance, preferably from vendor management or accounts payable background
- Good Vendor co-ordination & management skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MIS / Reporting / Excel / PowerPoint
- Planning, ability to foresee project risks and engage in solutioning, creativity
Preferred skills
- Experience in Accounts Payable team
- Experience working with Procurement and facility management teams
