Counter Salesperson

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Retail Salesperson to join PopUp Beverages. The role requires actively visiting retail shops daily, promoting our products, generating orders, ensuring product visibility, and helping achieve daily sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets and kirana stores daily in the designated territory.
• Promote and sell PopUp Beverages products including Aamras, Jeera, Fusion, and other variants.
• Build strong relationships with retailers to increase product placement and shelf visibility.
• Take daily orders and ensure timely reporting to the distributor or sales manager.
• Execute schemes and offers effectively at the retail level.
• Ensure proper display of POP materials, stickers, and branding at the outlet.
• Collect feedback from retailers and identify competitor activity in the area.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely stock fulfillment at outlets.
• Maintain a log of visits and update daily reports through WhatsApp/Excel/CRM.
