Job Description
- Visit vehicle dealers, brokers, and clients regularly to generate business.
- Identify and develop new leads for used vehicle and equipment loans.
- Explain loan products, interest rates, and approval processes clearly to customers.
- Guide clients through documentation and ensure smooth processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
- Experience in Finance, Banking, or Insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Ability to build strong relationships in the local market.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (as regular market visits are required).
- Perform additional tasks and duties as and when required by the job.
- Take on responsibilities based on business needs and operational requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with the policies and procedures of the finance company we work with.
- Maintain flexibility and readiness to support the team when needed.
- Carry out assigned duties responsibly to help achieve company goals and maintain compliance standards.
