Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee manufacturing and fabrication operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting on-site engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage manufacturing and fabrication processes
• Ensure production targets are met with quality and efficiency
• Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams
• Inspect machinery, equipment, and finished products
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
• Maintain documentation related to production and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols
• Support installation, maintenance, and field operations

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles
• Experience in fabrication, production, or manufacturing setups
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage on-site operations and teams
• Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/fabrication
• Intermediate English communication required
