We are looking for a talented and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships.

Job Description:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting service solutions to potential clients, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through online research, cold calling, and networking.
• Promote and sell IT & digital marketing services (Website, SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.).
• Understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams for project coordination.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
• Requirements:1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Digital Marketing / IT Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT or marketing services.
• Ability to work independently with result-driven focus.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bharatpur.
• Education:Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
