Key Responsibilities:✅ Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

✅ Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.

✅ Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer queries.

✅ Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

✅ Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

✅ Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement.

✅ Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while communicating with customers.
