📝 Job Description:We are hiring a talented Social Media Ad Manager to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns for our clients. You will run Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads, monitor performance, generate reports and ensure high-quality leads and ROI for clients.

• ⭐ Key Responsibilities:Create, run & optimize ads on Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads
• Create high-performing ad creatives, targeting & audience segmentation
• Set up Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager & Conversion Tracking
• Daily monitoring of ad performance (CPC, CTR, leads, conversions)
• Retargeting campaigns for better results
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports
• Coordinate with design/content team for creatives
• Research competitors & industry trends
• Manage client ad budgets and improve ROI
• Handle lead quality checks and follow-up tracking
• 🎯 Required Skills:Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Knowledge of Lead Gen, Conversion, Traffic & Brand Awareness campaigns
• Understanding of marketing funnels, analytics & reporting
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel setup, Tag Manager
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Ability to work full-time from office
• 📚 Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in social media ads management
• Digital marketing certification (preferred)

💼 Salary:₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience) + incentives

🕒 Work Timings:Monday to Saturday – Full Time, Work From Office
