Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in Tamil language.

• Maintain call records and update feedback details.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Follow company guidelines and call scripts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fluent in Tamil.

• Basic understanding of Hindi or English.
