π§βπΌ Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Remote Multi-Language Team Leader to manage and supervise a telecalling team working from home. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling multi-language teams, and the ability to ensure productivity, discipline, and call quality in a fixed working schedule.
- β Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise remote telecalling agents
- Ensure daily call targets and productivity
- Monitor call quality, scripts, and customer handling
- Guide agents for pitch improvement and objection handling
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and performance reports
- Conduct daily team briefings and reviews
- Coordinate with management on targets and escalations
- Support agents on Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil & Hindi calls when required
- π― Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader / Senior Telecaller
- Experience in telecalling / call center operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Ability to manage teams in a remote WFH setup
- Target-oriented and disciplined professional
- π» Technical RequirementsLaptop / Desktop (Good working condition)
- Stable Internet connection
- Power Backup (Inverter / UPS mandatory)
- USB Headset with noise cancellation
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM tools
- β° Working HoursFixed Working Hours: 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM
- Sunday off / Weekly off as per company policy
