πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Remote Multi-Language Team Leader to manage and supervise a telecalling team working from home. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling multi-language teams, and the ability to ensure productivity, discipline, and call quality in a fixed working schedule.

  • βœ… Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise remote telecalling agents
  • Ensure daily call targets and productivity
  • Monitor call quality, scripts, and customer handling
  • Guide agents for pitch improvement and objection handling
  • Maintain attendance, discipline, and performance reports
  • Conduct daily team briefings and reviews
  • Coordinate with management on targets and escalations
  • Support agents on Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil & Hindi calls when required
  • 🎯 Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader / Senior Telecaller
  • Experience in telecalling / call center operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage teams in a remote WFH setup
  • Target-oriented and disciplined professional
  • πŸ’» Technical RequirementsLaptop / Desktop (Good working condition)
  • Stable Internet connection
  • Power Backup (Inverter / UPS mandatory)
  • USB Headset with noise cancellation
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / CRM tools
  • ⏰ Working HoursFixed Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
