Languages Required:

Fluent in Marathi

Fluent in Hindi

Basic understanding of English is a plus

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain product/services

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Maintain records of calls and feedback

Follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversion

Meet daily/weekly call targets

🧠 Requirements:

Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi

Confident, persuasive, and patient with customers

Must have a Laptop Stable wifi connection , USB headphones

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel or Google Sheets)

💰 Salary:

As per industry standards (Fixed + Incentives)
