Field Sales Executive

Counter Sales:

• Attend walk‑in customers at the store/dealer counter.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and smooth billing process.

B2C Sales

• Engage with individual customers and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly B2C sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Field Sales

• Conduct on-ground visits to customers, contractors, influencers, etc.
• Support field-level product demonstrations and sampling activities.
• Visit local markets to understand customer competition and demand trends.

Dealer Counter Distribution

• Coordinate with dealers to ensure smooth product availability at counters.
• Maintain good relationships with dealer staff and support them for daily sales activities.
• Track stock movement and ensure timely delivery at dealer counters.

Secondary Sales

• Monitor secondary sales reports and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Support dealers in increasing product pull and managing customer flow.
• Identify gaps in the secondary market and take corrective actions
