Job Description:

• Ensure coordination and updates in the following HR activities wrt
• Employee Logistics – LMVs
• Tracking S/w Monitoring, Co-ordination with Contractor Supervisor
• Contractor Personnel Attendance Status in Shift & Coordination
• Co-ordination with Contractor Supervisor
• Vehicle Running Status in Shift & Coordination
• Call basis vehicle requirements & confirmation on email
• Vehicle Inspection Record Updations
• Vehicle Run Register updation—from log book record
• Handling emails
• Employee Logistics – Buses (G Shift & R Shift)
• Tracking S/w Monitoring, Co-ordination with Contractor Supervisor
• Vehicle Running Status as per Requirement & Coordination
• Vehicle Inspection Record Updations
• Vehicle Run Register updation—from log book record
• Any coordination
• Handling emails
• Contract Labour Records
• Contractor Record Updation
• Contract Labour Record Updation
• Any coordination
• Handling emails
• Time Keeping Records
• Handling emails on specific attendance-related queries
• Receiving Post, courier, etc., Record Updates & issuances from the gate office
• Coordination wrt HR & Administrative activities as & when required
• Any Other

Qualification

• Any Graduate

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years in HR/IR/Administration in Industry

Age Group

• 22-25 Years

Behavioural Skills

• Good knowledge in MS Office (esp. Excel)
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
