Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, references, and telecalling
- Explain solar products, benefits, and pricing to customers
- Conduct site visits and basic feasibility discussions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team
- Maintain customer records and sales reports
- Build long-term relationships with customers
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of solar systems (On-grid / Off-grid / Hybrid preferred)
- Ability to convince and close deals
- Field sales experience preferred
- Customer handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset
