Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or industry segments.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical support before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Visit clients regularly for product demonstration, negotiation, and feedback.

3.Technical Support & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and service teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Provide input for product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Prepare and review technical quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Assist in project follow-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting if required.

4.Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status.
  • Submit regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis reports.
  • Ensure all documentation and communication comply with company policies.



Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial product marketing.
  • Strong technical understanding of the company’s products and applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
