Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and efficient Continental Chef who can prepare pizzas, burgers, and handle dessert scooping and presentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of basic continental cooking, food hygiene standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, burgers, and continental snacks as per standard recipes.
• Assemble burgers with proper portioning and presentation.
• Handle dessert section including scooping ice cream, plating desserts, and maintaining display counters.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation at all times.
• Follow food safety and storage standards.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform management for replenishment.
• Minimize food wastage and handle ingredients properly.

Service & Teamwork

• Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain speed without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and service team for smooth operations.
• Follow instructions from head chef / kitchen supervisor.
• Skills & RequirementsBasic knowledge of continental cooking techniques.
• Experience in pizza baking, burger assembly, and dessert handling.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit for standing and working long hours in kitchen environment.
